Sixteen Goshen College students are participating in summer research projects through the college’s Maple Scholars Program.

This summer, 18 Goshen College students are participating in the Maple Scholars Summer Research Program.
This summer, two students created a Peruvian cookbook, “Los Sabores del Peru,” to sell for charity.
Gretchen Geyer, a senior social work major from Parnell, Iowa, came up with the idea a year ago in a social work class. Her efforts to make the Goshen College campus an “idle free” zone were realized last week.
With classes beginning in January 2013, Goshen College is now taking applications for two new programs of study as part of an expanded educational offerings for adult students: a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work degree and the Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree.
The tenth annual Goshen College and Ryan’s Place grief seminar, titled “Building Bridges for Grieving Children and Their Families,” will be held on Friday, Sept. 28 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. in the Goshen College Church-Chapel Fellowship Rooms.
