Local doctors celebrate long careers of serving patients

ANGOLA, Indiana – Cameron Memorial Community Hospital is pleased to honor the many years of service provided by Dr. Berry Miller, Dr. Tom Miller and Dr. Larry Watkins to the community and hospital. In 2016, each celebrates a milestone anniversary of their practice of medicine (Dr. Berry Miller-30 years, Dr. Tom Miller-30 years and Dr. Larry Watkins-40 years).

“These three physicians are fine examples of true commitment to their patients, to our hospital and our community,” Connie McCahill, Cameron President and CEO, said. “They are outstanding clinicians and wonderful leaders in our medical community.”

Berry Miller, M.D. completed his undergraduate degree at Goshen College, and his graduate degree at the IU School of Medicine. Currently, Dr. Miller is employed by Parkview Physicians Group, and has been seeing patients in Steuben County since 1986. Dr. Miller is a member of the Indiana State Medical Association and the American Academy of Family Physicians and serves as the Secretary of the Cameron Hospital Board. In his spare time, Dr. Miller is a volunteer physician at the Faith Clinic and the Well Child Center.

Tom Miller, M.D. completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Michigan, and his graduate degree at the IU School of Medicine. Dr. Miller owns his practice in Angola, Tri-State Medical Center. He is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, the Indiana State Medical Association and he is currently serving as the Cameron Hospital Board Chair. In his spare time, Dr. Miller is a volunteer at the Faith Clinic.

Larry Watkins, M.D. completed his undergraduate degree at Caltech and his graduate degree at the IU School of Medicine. He is employed by Parkview Physicians Group, and is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the AOA Medical Society. Dr. Watkins serves on the Cameron Hospital Board of Directors.

These three physicians continue to practice in Steuben County, providing exceptional, compassionate care to their patients.
