Take a peek into the world of bird research at Merry Lea! Play some
banding games, handle the tools and observe actual research in action as Merry Lea researchers and volunteers capture live birds, take their measurements, place ID bands and release them back into the wild. Don’t miss this opportunity to learn all about Merry Lea’s bird banding research! 

This program is open to anyone age 5 and older.

Note: Bird banding involves live wild animals, and we cannot guarantee the capture of birds during the program time.
