Greencroft Communities is seeking a Manager of Greencroft Middlebury that will be responsible for overall operations of the housing community and resident relations. Duties include billing, serving as advocate for needed services, coordination with contracted services for facility operations.


Qualifications

Seeking individual with BA, two years Continuing Care Retirement Community experience or certified Residential Housing Professional and two or more years supervisory experience.

Will consider a first-time manager for this position, if the person is willing to learn and grow in a dynamic retirement services organization.

Previous work experience with older adults preferred.
