Goshen College invites nominations and applications for the full-time position of Director of Facilities. The Director gives leadership and vision to the Goshen College physical plant by supervising and directing staff who are engaged in the operation, maintenance and custodial services for 120 acres and 750,000 sq feet of buildings, and off-campus properties including property in the Florida Keys. Manages the development, prioritization and administration of a $2.5M budget while also providing support in developing and implementing elements of campus master planning and long-range facility planning, and overseeing all major and minor construction and renovation to buildings and grounds. Works as a campus contact with outside architectural, consulting and contracting firms on major projects on campus.
Bachelor’s degree required. A minimum of five years of related and recent administrative and managerial experience which demonstrates the ability and knowledge to provide leadership for planning, development, and operations of a complex organization and facility.
