Enterprise Systems Specialist

Goshen College seeks an Enterprise Systems Specialist to maintain, enhance, and support campus desktops, virtual desktop computing environments, and print management services that facilitate the work of students and employees. Qualified candidates must possess superior communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills and be passionate about using technology in all its forms in an educational computing environment

Education and/or Experience:

A successful candidate will master and advance the multi-platform computing environment that includes Windows and Linux management tools, VMware/Unidesk virtualization, Mac OS, Windows, and iOS. BS in Computer Science, Network Engineering or related field preferred. 5 years experience managing enterprise level services preferred, VMWare/Unidesk Certified Professional, Apple Certified Associate, and/or Microsoft Specialist preferred.
