Head Womens Soccer Coach and Assistant Athletic Director

Goshen College seeks dynamic leader for the position of Head Women’s Soccer Coach and Assistant Athletic Director. The primary responsibilities are to direct and coordinate the planning, organizing and coaching of a competitively successful women’s soccer program, while modeling the College’s core values.  Coaching responsibilities include but are not limited to: recruitment of student-athletes in accordance with college policy, practice and game coaching, budget management, scheduling, hiring and supervising assistant coaching staff, monitoring academic progress, organizing team travel, fundraising, equipment and purchases, and managing all other aspects of the women’s soccer program in accordance with NAIA and Crossroads League regulations. Successful candidate will also serve as a member of the athletic administration team as Assistant Athletic Director, overseeing athletic events.

Qualifications:

As a proud member of the Crossroads League and the NAIA, Goshen College is committed to excellence both on and off the court and is looking for a dynamic individual to lead a strong and competitive program.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred), and coaching experience at the college or high school level.  Elite level playing experience may be considered in place of coaching experience.  Strong communication, networking and recruiting skills required.  Have a firm commitment to the mission and faith statement of the college.
