Administrative Assistant in International Education

Goshen College seeks applicants for the half time position of Administrative Assistant for International Education in an office that  that focuses on international travel and preparation for travel.  The AA assists the director with preparing students and faculty for a semester abroad.  The tasks include managing documents, tracking financial transactions, securing passport and visas, and working with students.


Candidates must have competency in Word, Excel, Google Docs and other applications that will be used daily. A high school graduate, with at least two years of office experience is preferred.  Knowledge of international travel and second language ability also preferred.
