Goshen College seeks applications for a full-time Registrar to begin July 1, 2016.
This individual is responsible for a wide variety of duties related to student academic records; building and maintaining the campus Jenzabar advising system; maintaining all systems for course registration; editing the annual course catalog; leading academic advising; ensuring the integrity and viability of the institution’s academic programs; providing leadership for the use of the Jenzabar database to enhance services; overseeing certification of students for eligibility in the NAIA; and performing other duties as assigned.

Significant experience in a records office, demonstrating ability to formulate and implement relevant policy, and supervision of staff required. Knowledge of an integrated database required. Preference given to candidates with a Master’s degree and five years of experience in college administration, including three years in a records office and knowledge of Jenzabar. These qualifications may be waived for individuals with appropriate alternate experience. The successful candidate must be committed to the mission and core values of Goshen College.
