We are nearing the finish line of Lent, and like running a marathon, one faces fatigue as the end of the race approaches.
The one who would have the tongue of a teacher must have the ear of a student.
Friends, as the resurrection nears, pray that your perseverance is renewed each day.
There is much in our world today that brings a sense of emptiness. But we can acknowledge and reclaim this emptiness, turning it upside down.
Lord, may you help us all to follow you in humility and joy, straining like racers to follow you on the upward call of God!
How can we restore the hearts of those walking alone, so that we may all share in the Earth’s abundance?
Erase our pasts, and it becomes difficult to understand who we are. Or does it?
