The purpose of this workgroup was to develop policy for private duty nursing services through EPSDT-Comprehensive Care Program for children with chronic illnesses.

1992 to 1996 School Age Parenting Advisory Council   member of multi disciplinary council in San Antonio that addressed the multiple needs of pregnant and parenting students in the city.

Nov 1993 to June 1995  San Antonio 2000  Chair, School Age Primary Pregnancy Prevention Task Force.  Activities:  Chaired task force to approximately 75 professionals within the community; developed and coordinated Task Force Report Findings about the cost of teen pregnancy in San Antonio; Coordinated workshop for more than 300 professionals and presented Task Force findings; coordinated preparation of Community Recommendations Regarding Teen Pregnancy
