The Organizational Leadership Degree
Our program is a cohort model, where students move through coursework as a group. Students take one five-week class at a time and attend class one night a week from 6-10 pm year round. Students may apply for up to 20 hours of credit for prior learning.

We accept all credits from regionally accredited schools with a grade of “C” or above. All other credits will be reviewed on an individual basis.
