B.S. Organizational Leadership

This is a fast track to degree completion program for students with significant previous college credit. Geared toward working adults who want to advance their career, this program focuses on leadership and management in a business setting. Intended for adult students with 60 credits of previous coursework required. All of your books and materials are included in your tuition and brought to the classroom for you.

Program Distinctives

Cohort model (students move through coursework as a group); students take one five-week class at a time and attend class one night a week from 6-10 pm year round. 18 months, 40 credits. Total of 120 credits needed for graduation. Students may apply for up to 20 hours of credit for prior learning.

Transferring Credits

We accept all credits from regionally accredited schools with a grade of “C” or above. All other credits will be reviewed on an individual basis.
