- Goshen College requires all students be covered by a personal or family health insurance plan. Students may use their medical insurance to cover payment of services at Goshen Family Physicians (GFP), a medical service provider located one mile from campus.

- Student-athletes are required to visit goshen.edu/athlete for insurance and physical forms to complete prior to arriving.
- Student-athletes on the soccer, volleyball, cross country and tennis teams have early arrival dates that are determined by their coaches.
- All other student-athletes will arrive with the rest of new students on August 24.
First-year students:
- Final high school transcript: We must receive an official copy of your final high school transcript by Aug. 1 to complete your admission to Goshen College.

Parent access
Families and mentors are an important part of the GC Community. If students would like to share their academic information with a parent or mentor, they need to first grant them access to view financial and/or academic information on MyGC.When students grant parent access, they also allow the accounting office (billing statements, charges, credits, payments, 1098-T information and past due amounts), financial aid office (awards, application data, disbursements, eligibility and missing documentation) and registrar’s office (schedules, grades and unofficial transcripts) to speak with parents about these matters.
*Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), provides certain rights to post-secondary students concerning the privacy of, and access to, their educational records. Students must take explicit action to extend access to parents.
