BUS 364 Organizational Behavior

Utilizing an experiential case study method, this course surveys the evolution of theory, practice, and research in the areas of organizational behavior. Learning topics include motivation theory, group dynamics, leadership, decision-making, conflict transformation, change theory, organization structure, emotional intelligence and communication. This course uses a systems approach and affirms values implicit in the concept of ‘Leadership for the Common Good’.
