3rd Annual Biological Sciences Homecoming Luncheon

Celebrating Marine Biology

In October the department hosted the 3rd annual Biological Sciences Luncheon, celebrating more than 40 years of marine biology at GC, with keynote speaker Carl Weaver ’69. Carl presented a talk entitled, Relationships: Beyond the Ordinary – Shaping a Life, a Program, and our World. Carl has been taking Goshen High School students to FL for 40 years and will help us honor our memories of Marine Biology. Guests were presented with a history booklet authored by Dr. Duane Kauffmann, Willamette Valley to Long Key: The Story of the Goshen College Marine Biology Program.
