The Goshen College Orchestra
David Mosley, director
The Goshen College Orchestra is a group that varies in size and repertoire from that of chamber orchestra to full philharmonic dimensions. Formed in the 1950s, it has actively performed standard symphonic repertoire ever since. The orchestra has been active in some 15 opera productions since 1967. The most recent opera production, Mozart's Magic Flute, culminated in 4 performances in Feb. 1998. The orchestra performs each year with student winners of the Concerto Aria Competition and often accompanies the choirs.
