Seekers' Class is an opportunity for high school aged youth to think together about faith, baptism, and church membership. It is designed to be a safe place to ask questions, interact with others, and reflect on faith commitments.
The class meets seven times throughout the months of February, March, and April. While there is an opportunity for baptism at the conclusion of the class, there is not an expectation that every class member will be baptized.
There is an expectation, however, that members of the group come with a willingness to learn, ask self-reflective questions, and share with each other. Pastor Dawn Yoder Harms gives leadership to the class. For more information you may contact Dawn at the Akron Mennonite Church Office (859-1488).
