Perhaps you have not been keeping a time log. Well, this is a good time to spend 10-15 minutes trying to reconstruct what you have done and to set up a method to keep better track in the future.
Below is a sample format from the course information page. The description only needs to distinguish among lecture attendence, study (reading the text, working on the exercises, reviewing lecture notes), and working on lab assignments. Note when you work with someone else.
