2005 Celebrate Service Day

The college's 7th Annual Celebrate Service Day on Sept. 21, when classes are cancelled, had 450 students, faculty and staff volunteering a day of work at 36 community agencies. Purple Celebrate Service Day t-shirts were also given out for a donation to Hurricane Katrina, raising nearly $925. The day began with a rousing send-off by the Campus Activity Council and ended with a campus picnic.
