In compilance with the Jeanne Cleary Act, compilation of the information in this report
and reporting of
crime statistics
is the responsibility of the associate dean of students. Crime
statistics for the calendar year are based on what has been
reported to campus security or the student life office, as
well as any information provided by the Goshen Police. The
statistics include only those incidents that have occurred
on-campus, in the residence halls and on public property adjacent
to the campus. All campus members will be reminded annually
at the time of distribution of this report to report all crimes.
In addition, reminders will be sent annually to the following
offices to request cooperation with reporting requirements:
resident directors, director of student activities, director
of the recreation fitness center, vice-president for student
life, director of facilities, athletic director, director
of international education, director of human resources, director
of Merry Lea, and the Goshen Police Department.
