The Student Life Office must receive applications by the deadline by March 3, 2008.
Groups are interviewed as part of the application process. All group members currently on campus are to be present for the interview. A conference call can be scheduled for those applying from another institution
Group interviews will begin the week of March 3 and March 10. Contact Shirley Shriner, Administrative Assistant, to schedule an interview for the applying group. Interviews will not be conducted if your application is incomplete.
The associate dean of students, resident directors and 2 other faculty members will make assignments. Selections are made on the basis of the group interview and the group's application.
Selections for small group housing units will be announced by March 28, 2008.
Groups must maintain capacity to retain the housing unit. Three-fourths of your original group must make up the group in the fall and spring semesters. If a group falls below minimum capacity each group member may forfeit the deposit money.
Deadline for finding replacement of a group member for spring semester is December 1st.
The residence life team reserves the right to deny any or all applications for small group housing in order to maintain essentially full occupancy in campus student halls.
