Arriving
Continental Flight 1532, enroute from Houston to San José, arrived safely at 7:52 p.m. on April 26 complete with all 14 SSTers and their luggage.
After
spending the night in Toruma Hostel, the students participated in a
day of orientation to Costa Rican culture and family life.

SSTers had an opportunity to explore the area surrounding Casa Goshen
and downtown prior to meeting their San José families early evening.

After spending the night with their families, students will take the Spanish language placement tests at CONVERSA language school. Friday afternoon will be spent exploring downtown San José in small groups.
