Janine Martin and Melody Bennett live in Blolequin (Also
spelled Blolekin).  They
have done most of their service work together in several different
places, including a maternity ward and in a dispensary giving vaccines.
Later they will be working in a Baptist Mission Hospital run by
an older American couple. Melody lives with Gervais and Genevieve
Oulate and their six children and several others spanning the ages
from 1 to 19. She enjoys teasing the children and has nicknames
for them all.
 Janine
lives with Ferdinand and Helene Akre and their one-year-old boy
Romy. Two teen age girls live with them in order to go to school
here in town. Janine notes that her host "mother" is only two years
older than she is but nonetheless seems to be more mature in her
role as mother of the family. The family will be moving soon to
get back to people of their own ethnic group with whom they are
more comfortable.
