Aqua training

This class introduces participants to various methods of aqua training. A variety of movements and intensity will be utilized to improve cardiovascular capacity, body function and muscular-skeletal balance.
It is not necessary to know how to swim for any of the aquatics classes. Instructors will assist in modifying exercises.
You should exercise a minimum of three times per week. It is important to attend regularly. Consistent attendance will help you learn basic moves and water principles that will help you receive the greatest benefits.

Arthritis Foundation Program
Participants are guided through a series of specific exercises designed by the Arthritis Foundation. Participants can improve their flexibility, range of motion and strength.

Water wake up
This is a great early-morning workout. It will wake you up and get you ready for the day. Class includes a morning stretch and thermal warm-up, aerobic training as well as a muscle tone and strength workout.

Active older adults
Ideal for persons over 50 or for those just starting a water fitness program. The total body toning, aerobics and stretching sections make this a complete, effective and fun workout.
