Instructions:
There are four registration categories. The Amish meal may be included with each category. To include the Amish meal the box entitled Amish Meal must be checked.

Registrant may include voluntary support for students to the conference by checking the box marked student support. Each click records a $5 contribution.
Refunds in registration fee will be granted with a $25 service fee up to 2 weeks before the conference. No refunds can be granted after March 8, 2012.

The number you enter in the box to the left will determine the amount of your contribution in $5 increments.
For example, to contribute $30 to the student scholarship fund enter the number 6 (6 x $5 = $30).
