Frank comes to Goshen after multiple assignments at several faith-based higher education institutions where he has served as professor of history, graduate dean, associate academic dean, director of institutional effectiveness, vice president for academic affairs, and associate vice president for adult and graduate studies.  He is a consultant-evaluator for the Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association and has been active in several professional organizations at the national level.  In addition to representing the president as needed, Frank oversees Information Technology Services and the Office of Institutional Research.
