Do I need to register my event?

You must register your event if you can answer “YES” to any of the following:

  • Is your event being held in any of the performance venues? (Rieth, Sauder, Umble)
  • Is your audience size expected to be greater than 50?
  • Are you using more than one venue?
  • Is there an admission fee?
  • Is it being promoted off-campus or open to the public?
  • Is it considered a fundraiser?
  • Does it involve the sale or distribution of anything?
  • Is it held outdoors?
  • Does it involve a high-profile guest? (governmental, foreign dignitary, controversial, etc.)
  • Does it involve the use of services? (ITSmedia, Physical Plant, Catering, etc.)
