Cost: Tickets are $7 adults, $5 seniors/students. Available at the
door one hour before the recital. GC students, faculty and staff
are free with valid ID.

4-5:30 p.m., Community Conversation, Umble
Center
Dr. Vincent Harding will participate in a discussion with the
audience.
5:30-7 p.m., Candlelight Vigil and March for Freedom and
Justice, Umble Center/KMY Connector
This student-organized event will include African-American
spirituals, a candlelight procession and readings reflecting on
themes of freedom and justice. The procession will conclude with
displays from organizations involved with service and activism.

Coffeehouse, Church-Chapel Fellowship Hall
Features
GC students and faculty in a program of recitations from MLK's
speeches, poetry reading and storytelling.
10 a.m., Convocation
Performance by Parables. Dr. Vincent Harding will be the featured
guest speaker.
11:30 a.m.-2 p.m., Luncheon, Church-Chapel Fellowship
Hall
The community luncheon is open to members of the campus and the
community. The cost is $18 and $144/table (eight-person).

Wolochowicz: Digital Art and Ceramics, Hershberger Art Gallery

2 p.m., Opening of exhibit: Andy Cooperman: metalsmith,
Hershberger Art Gallery
Cooperman, a metalsmith, writer and teacher, lives in Seattle,
Wash. His work is featured in galleries nationwide. He also teaches
seminars and workshops around the country. In addition to "one
of a kind" jewelry pieces, Cooperman works with clients as a
custom jeweler and commission metalsmith. See:

Cooperman will present the Eric Yake Kenagy Lecture Sunday, Feb.
12, 4-5 p.m. in the Administration Building, Room 28, and conduct
workshops for students Monday, Feb. 13. Reception: Sunday, Feb. 12,
5-6 p.m., Hershberger Art Gallery. The exhibit is up until Feb.
