Families invited for weekend at Goshen College Nov. 11-13

GOSHEN, Ind. – When young adults go off to college, a new independence is found, but their families are still an important part of their experience and support system.

Parents and family members of Goshen College students are warmly invited to attend Family Weekend Nov. 11-13, which offers the unique opportunity to experience Goshen College with their students, meet their friends and experience this Christ-centered community of faith and learning.

During the weekend families can cheer on the GC men’s basketball team, enjoy the Fall Mainstage “Much Ado About Nothing,” introduce a younger sibling to dorm life, visit with other parents at the Parents Brunch/Seminar, explore the lively tunes of a Lavender Jazz concert, get questions answered at the SST Parents Breakfast and be inspired at Morning Song, a student-led worship service.

Siblings of Goshen College students are welcome to live in the residence halls during the weekend. The Roman Gingerich Recreation-Fitness Center is available for free use during the entire weekend for parents and siblings who have registered for Family Weekend.
