Merry Lea's Enchanted Forest offers alternative to Halloween fright, Oct. 23 and 24

WOLF LAKE, Ind. – Children will have the opportunity to explore animal night life at the 19th annual Enchanted Forest at Merry Lea Environmental Learning Center of Goshen College (near Wolf Lake, Ind.) on Oct. 23 and 24, from 7 to 9 p.m.
The child-welcoming and environmentally-friendly evening is an alternative to Halloween and consists of a guided hike to meet and learn about nocturnal animals in their natural habitat. There will also be entertainment and refreshments.
"This is one of the best ways of contact for families to experience nature at night" says Luke Gascho, executive director of Merry Lea.
Merry Lea's Farmstead is located outside of Wolf Lake, Ind., off U.S. 33, at the junction of State Road 109 and County Road 425 W.
