Until January 1, 2009 Nathan Feltman was the Indiana Secretary of Commerce and the CEO of the Indiana Economic Development Corporation (IDEC).  Under Feltman's watch, working closely with Governor Mitch Daniels, Indiana secured a record 56,000 new job commitments from 464 companies over a  36 month period before the economic storm commenced.
