Adult Educational Travel

Goshen Colleges Adult Educational Travel offers opportunity for the local community, and alumni and friends from across the nation to travel with Goshen College faculty in a unique adventure that combines sightseeing, cultural and historical presentations and interesting local flavor.

Trips are planned by Coordinator of Community Programs and Adult Educational Travel, Janette Yoder.

The Canadian Rockies
Spring 2010

A nine-day tour that starts in Vancouver with Vancouver Island and Butchart Gardens. Travel by train and coach with overnight stays in Kamloops, Jasper, Lake Louise, Banff and Calgary.

Spanish and Moroccan Sojourn
June 2011

You can choose to take all three or just portions of the tour. Pre trip option: Two nights in Barcelona Spain Tour: Madrid, Toledo, Cordoba, Granada. Moroccan Tour: Rabat, Fez, Marrakech and Casablanca. Associate professor of Spanish, Dean Rhodes has led tours to Spain and recently led May term for GC students in Spain and Morocco.

The Best of Turkey Tour
July 2010
Plans are in the works for a 14-day tour to Turkey planned by the same Mediterranean Agency that arranged our 2007 Greece tour. Visit this interesting land where East meets West. The trip will include Istanbul, Ankara, Coppadocia, Pergamum, Troy and more. A three-day Athens extension will be offered.

Trip is full but we will add names to the waiting list.
