Goshen, IN, is a midwest town that has experienced recent revitalization through the restoration of many old buildings and the addition of small shops and restaurants. In 1983 the Goshen Historic District was added to the National Register of Historic Places.
July 17-25 is the Elkhart County 4-H Fair. This is one of the largest 4-H fairs in the country. See hundreds of interesting animals and observe goat, sheep, llama, and dairy judging. Visit the craft displays. Watch harness and motorcycle races. And, if you stay until Friday, you can attend the Rodeo! All this takes place only 3 miles from the conference location.

Follow the Northern Indiana Quilt Gardens Tour and view flower gardens planted in traditional quilt patterns.
Browse the American Countryside Farmer's Market in Elkhart, IN - just a few miles from Goshen. Purchase Amish baked goods, hormone free meats, and buffalo meat. There are also gifts, crafts and quilts for sale.
