Mobile Environmental Laboratory Borrowing Policy

1. Any trained teacher may borrow equipment for a period of a week at a time*
Equipment is reserved through Lisa Zinn

2. Schools will be charged a maintenance fee of $50 per week of use. This includes as many cabinets as the teacher would like to use. This fee is to cover delivery costs, equipment repair and replacement chemicals.

3. Some equipment may be borrowed for practice free of charge, based on availability, but this equipment will need to be picked up at Merry Lea. *

4. The school is responsible for the equipment while it is on loan. We accept that equipment may become worn or broken through regular use. However, the school is responsible for lost, stolen, or vandalized equipment.

5. Merry Lea will deliver and pick up equipment at your school at arranged times.

6. Equipment is reserved on a “first come, first served basis”. Please plan ahead.

*There is some flexibility with these policies subject to the demand for the equipment. This is at the discretion of Merry Lea. Please Contact Lisa Zinn if you have any special needs concerning equipment.
