Program Fees

Fee Changes - There is a change in our prices beginning Fall 2009. The new prices are listed below.

Program Fees: These are the prices beginning in September 2009.  Spring 2009 Field trips will still be charged the old rates.

      Farmcraft field trips: $6.50 per student
      Autumn Adventures: $5.50 per student - One Year Discount

      Other Fall and field trips: $6.00 per student
      Winter field trips: $5.00 per student
      Spring field trips:$6.00 per student
      Sugar Bush field trips: $6.50 per student

      Summer field trips: $3.50 per student

Fees for custom field trips and Merry Lea "On the Road" will be negotiated individually.  Contact us for current information on costs for programs presented at your facility.

Chaperone Fee Policy

There is no charge for chaperones except when the chaperone to student ratio is greater than one to five. The group will be charged at the student rate for the chaperones that exceed this ratio.

Cancellation Policy:

Reservations for some of Merry Lea’s programs fill quickly, and quality experiences require the help of volunteers and advance preparation. Last minute cancellation is disruptive to us and it may prevent a wait-listed group from coming. Therefore, if you cancel a program that involves Merry Lea's staff or volunteers, you may incur cancellation fees.
