Farmcraft

Note - Farmcraft Fee Change

Beginning Fall 2009 the fee for the Farmcraft program is increasing to $6.50 per student. This popular program is one of our most expensive programs to run. In order to adjust to the rising cost of supplies we have decided to raise the price for just this program. The fee for other fall programs is being raised to $6.00 per student. Autumn Adventures will still be offered at $5.50 for this year.

Participate in preparations for winter on an early 20th century farm. Several stations demonstrate different aspects of farm life & actively involve students. Stations may include cider-making, corn grinding, care of farm animals, making muffins, harvesting in the garden & more. Though primarily designed for preschool-3rd grade, this program has been successfully adapted & repeatedly taught for students as old as 8th grade.
