The electrical distribution panel is being installed in the basement of cottage #7. Power will come into these boxes from both the local power company (Noble REMC) and the wind generator. All of three of the cottages will receive electrical power from this distribution panel. (November 3, 2005)

The solar hot water panels are in place on cottage #4. These panels will heat the water for sinks and showers in this building. (November 4, 2005)

Three solar panels to heat water are in place on the south-facing roof of cottage #7. They will supply hot water for sinks, showers, and the laundry. There are three operable skylights close to the ridge. These will assist in reducing the cooling load on this building. (November 4, 2005)

The water distribution center is in the basement of cottage #7. One pipe brings potable water in from the well. Another pipe brings in water from the cistern for flushing toilets. A third pipe sends potable water to cottages #3 and #4, while the forth pipe takes the cistern water to the cottages. (November 4, 2005)
