The level spreaders are being installed to help with the absorption of storm water from the rain garden. The piping and gravel follow an exact contour level, which causes an even distribution of the water. (December 1, 2005)

Storm water management system: the cleansing biotope is in the foreground, the rain garden is next, followed by the Kesling Wetland. The storm water system is designed that water will be absorbed before reaching Kesling Wetland. (December 29, 2005)
