The Good Library provides several thousand "electronic books" (eBooks) in a variety of subjects. Some books were chosen by other academic libraries in Indiana and some by Goshen College faculty. These books are listed in the library catalog. There is also a large "Public-Accessible Collection" that is freely available to the public. Subject areas most strongly supported at present include classical literature and history. These works are in the public domain, or were provided by publishers for free distribution to the public.

You can view a book for 15-minute intervals if you are using a computer on campus. As long as you continue to interact ("turn pages") you can continue to read for 15 minute increments. If you open a book and then walk away, the book will be "locked" for 15 minutes and then will become available for someone else. To log in as a remote user, you will need to establish an account (free). If you establish an account you may add notes on the web site as you read.

The best way to get started is to click on the link below or on the NetLibrary logo.
