Job Description

Responsible for insuring quality control of processes and compliance of all branch functions and mastery of staff skills. Monitors and plans for associate and client retention. Works with Business Development Manager to retain new business to meet sales growth goals.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience – Relevant staffing, HR or customer service experience.
  • Capable of managing a book of business with small to mid-sized service or manufacturing businesses. Or assist with managing a large multiple-location account(s).
  • Communication Skills: Oral and Written – Intermediate. Self-sufficient and able to handle skill with limited supervision.
  • Computer Skills: Advanced. Able to work independently and train others.
  • Customer Service Skills: Intermediate. Self-sufficient and able to handle skill with limited supervision.
  • Human Resource Compliance: Intermediate. Self-sufficient and able to handle skill with limited supervision.
  • Organizational Skills: Intermediate. Self-sufficient and able to handle skill with limited supervision.
  • Presentation and Training Skills: Intermediate. Self-sufficient and able to handle skill with limited supervision.
  • SSS Systems, Policies & Procedures: Intermediate. Self-sufficient and able to handle skill with limited supervision.
  • Telephone Skills: Courteous, Timely, Responsive -Intermediate. Self-sufficient and able to handle skill with limited supervision.
  • Valid Drivers License
