Interns will also participate in two 2-hour classes most weeks and accompany full-time staff to two professional development conferences each year. Details can be found on the Spruce Lake website.
Potential candidates must demonstrate aptitude, interest and some experience that suggests potential for success in the chosen internship role. (Specific experience in a certain role is not required.) Demonstrated leadership experience and/or strength in discipling and mentoring can be a plus.
