Job Description

Joyfully exhibit hospitality to those who meet us through the administrative areas of the church. Provide administrative support to Coordinators of Administrative Ministries and Ministry Gifts, Pastors, Ministry Teams, or other areas, as assigned. This position is .40 FTE.

Qualifications
  • A committed Christian with an active life of discipleship, and in agreement with the vision and ministries of Waterford Mennonite Church.
  • Organizational and functional skills, including filing, typing, phone usage, computer literate, written and oral communication.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to relate to many different kinds of people. Ability to develop cooperative and constructive working relationships.
  • Organization and time management are vital, must be able to manage the flow of requests and information pertinent to him/her.
  • Commitment to unerring accuracy and attention to details.
  • A willingness to be a committed and passionate part of the administrative team.
  • A high degree of personal integrity, confidentiality and sound judgment.
