This card is intended to serve you throughout your years
of study at Goshen College. It is your responsibility to keep the card
in good condition. It is for your use only and is not
transferable to anyone else.
Your card is needed for meal
service in the dining hall, for receiving chapel/convo credit, gaining
entrance into the Rec-Fitness Center
and for checking books and other materials out of the library. In
addition, you will need it to gain free admission to home athletic
contests.
To be valid, your card must have a validation sticker
for the current semester of enrollment. Stickers are applied
during fall and spring check-in. There will be no separate
validation for May term.
ITSMedia provides a lanyard hole punch in your card when
it is issued. Please refrain from punching additional holes in your
card.
If you wish to attach it to your keys, use the provided lanyard punch
or purchase a clear
plastic card holder from the bookstore.
A replacement fee of $15 will be charged to your account
for lost or mutilated cards. Replacement cards may be obtained at
the ITSMedia offices. Call ext. 7727 for more information.
If you have a broken or cracked
card you can bring it to the ITSMedia offices where we will replace it
at no cost to you. Cards that are not swiping properly can also
be re-encoded or replaced at no cost.
Remember to retain your card for future semesters of study at Goshen College.
Employees
New Faculty & Staff - your picture will be taken and
ID card will be issued at ITSMedia during walk-in
hours. Remember to have your ID number with you when you come to
have your ID picture taken. Validation stickers for
employees are issued by the RecFitness center. ID card replacements are offered at no cost to employees.
Community Member
Cards
ITSMedia
prints out ID cards for community members who wish to use the library and/or the recreation-fitness center.

Customized Cards
ITSMedia
will design cards for other offical use with proper aproval. Setup fee
is $75 and a printing fee will also be incurred for each ID. Contact our office at ext. 7727 for more information.
