ITSM will charge back staff time spent on GC-sponsored special events and conferences at a rate of $30 per hour. Outside events and conferences will be billed at a rate of $35 per hour. This includes preparation, the event itself and tearing down/cleaning up of equipment used in the event. We will be glad to provide time/cost estimates to assist you in your event budget planning.
When loaning or renting eqipment, it is required that a qualified operator will be in charge of its use. (Paul Housholder must verify the qualifications of the op). If necessary for ITSM to provide operators, labor charges will be as follows:
