Tip: Enlarge Excel Spreadsheet Display in the Classroom

You're giving a presentation and discover that students in the back of the classroom cannot see your Excel spreadsheet. Here's a helpful tip to enlarge just the portion of the screen you want them to see.

With your mouse, select the range of cells you want displayed.
Click the drop-down arrow on the Zoom Tool and click Selection. Excel will instantly resize and reposition the selection to fill the worksheet window.
To return to normal view, select 100% from the drop-down Zoom list.

You can also hold down the Ctrl key and use the scroll button on your mouse to zoom in and out. This also works in Microsoft Word.
