Non-Emergency Issues

All Students Faculty and Staff who have questions outside Help Desk hours may:
  • Search in Frequently Asked Questions page for possible answers
  • Call 7700 and leave a message. Explain the detail of the problem.
  • Email helpdeskgoshen.edu, Explain the detail of the problem.
Help Desk staff will respond to your phone message and Email as soon as possible the next business day.

Emergency Issues

Appropriate ITS staff will be informed automatically if there is a service outage. For other emergency issues, call campus security at 7599.

Fri: 7:30am-5pm

Sun:1pm-11pm
Help Desk:
Mon-Thu: 8am-12pm, 1-10pm
Fri: 8am-5:30pm
Sat: 2pm-4pm
Sun: 6pm-10pm
