Password Reset Request Form


 If you have forgotten your password, please fill out the below form.

*First Name
*Last Name
*Username
*ID Number
 
Your new password will be sent to you through campus mail the next business day. If you do not have a campus mailbox, please choose one of the below delivery options.
 
Delivery Method

 I don't have a campus mailbox. I will pick up my password from the Help Desk in the Schertz Computer Lab. (Please show your GC ID card for identification.)


I am a student with the Division of Adult and External Studies. Please send my password to the DAES office.
