Eligibility

• All students must have a Confidential Health Report on file to use the services of the Wellness & Health Center.
  
  
• Payment with cash, check, or credit card is expected at time of visit.
  
  

Exclusions

• dental care
• emergency room care
• specialist care
• prescription drugs filled at local pharmacies
• immunizations and some medicines dispensed at the health center (call for current charges)
• prenatal care
• therapy for long-standing, pre-existing conditions
