Scientific Name Stylophorum diphyllum 
Height 12-20" 
 Sun/Shade Partial to full shade.  Leaves yellow with too much light.
  Bloom Season Spring - summer 
 Bloom Color Yellow 
Soil Humus rich, moist, well drained 
Disease Susceptibility
Propagation  Seed capsules explode.  Seedlings easily weeded out.  Rhizome can be divided in spring or fall.
 Notes Bloom 3-4 weeks and then on and off for the summer.  Remove most seedpods unless you want a whole bed.
