Adelphian House (single gender, 6-7 persons)
This small group home is located at 1623 S. 9th Street, at the corner of College Avenue and 9th Street. It has an inviting front porch and is located beside Hospital House. The house has seven beds: one single room and three double rooms. All of the sleeping rooms are located on the upper level. There is a half bath on the main level and a full bath located on the upper level. Adelphian House is blessed with lots of green space on the outside. There is parking available just outside the house. This house is air-conditioned.
Hospital House (single gender, 5-6 persons)
This small group home is located at 1619 S. 9th Street, in the first block north of campus. This house has a beautiful front porch…bring your own chairs and enjoy! This house has six beds, with two single rooms and two double rooms. All of the bedrooms are on the upper level. There is one bathroom on the main level-directly off the kitchen. There is also a very spacious bathroom on the upper level. There is a dining room, a living room that sports large white columns, a music room with piano, and a coin operated washer and dryer in the basement. There is a large area for parking to the north of the house. This house is air-conditioned.
Howell House (co-ed or single gender, 9-12 persons)
This small group home is located on South 8th Street, about one block north of the College campus. It is just across the street from Kenwood House. This is one of our most spacious guest houses. It was fully renovated during the Summer of 2003. Howell house has 12 beds: one single room, four double rooms, and one triple room. This house is air-conditioned.
Kenwood House (co-ed or single gender, 8-10 persons)
This small group home is located on South 8th Street, one block north of the college campus. It is just across the street from Howell House. Kenwood has beautiful woodwork all throughout the house, including a beautiful open wooden staircase. Kenwood has five double rooms for a total of 10 beds. All of the bedrooms are on the upper level along with one bathroom. There is one small bath on the main level. The home has a dining room and a living room complete with a fireplace. Coin-operated laundry facilities are located on the main level. The house has a front porch complete with a swing. Parking is available next to the house. This house is air-conditioned.
East Hall (co-ed or single gender, 9-12 persons)
This small group home is located on the college campus. This house is located just east of Kratz Dorm. This is currently our only guest house that is handicapped accessible. The house has six double rooms to sleep 12 people. Three rooms are on the main level. One of these rooms is equipped with a private handicapped restroom. The other two rooms on the main level share one bathroom situated between the two bedrooms. The rest of the bedrooms are located on the lower level and are very spacious. There is also a lower level bathroom with two showers and two stalls. There is a dining room and living room on the main level. The lower level also has a sitting area. There is no parking directly beside this house. Guests would park in the Music Center parking area. This house is air-conditioned.
Valesco House (co-ed or single gender, 10-12 persons)
This small group home is located at 812 College Avenue, at the corner of College Avenue and 12th Street. This charming 2 story cottage has a front porch and has 12 beds; a quad in the basement level, 2 doubles and one single on the main level and one double and one single on the second floor. There are 3 bathrooms, one on each level and on-site laundry. Valesco House is blessed with lots of green space on the outside. There is parking available just behind the house. This house is air-conditioned.
Vita House (single gender, 4-5 persons)
This small group home is located at 1725 S. 12th Street. This 3 bedroom ranch has two double bedrooms and one single. It has one full bath and a half; with on-site laundry. Vita House has a spacious yard with parking at the rear of the property. This house is air-conditioned.
